Kingdom leadership is about leading with a servant heart, reflecting the values of God's Kingdom rather than worldly power structures. It emphasizes humility, integrity, and selflessness, seeking to serve others and advance God's earthly purposes. Kingdom leaders prioritize spiritual growth, empower others, and foster unity, demonstrating Christlike love in all aspects of leadership.
